Acceptable Use Policy

Use Banetti software and services lawfully, for the purpose described in the offer, and within the access and usage rights you purchased. This policy applies to individual and organization users.

Prohibited conduct

Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; distribute malware; use stolen credentials; impersonate another purchaser; obtain access without permission; bypass applicable seat, verified-domain, membership, payment, security, or usage controls; interfere with other customers; or intentionally overload systems. Do not use the service to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity. Security testing requires the relevant system owner's permission.

Accounts and integrations

Protect your credentials and report suspected compromise to accounting@banetti.com. Each person must use their own authorized identity, whether access is seat-limited or for account members. Organization administrators are responsible for the memberships and assignments they administer. Account-members access does not impose a purchased seat cap or per-member fee, increase shared usage allowances, or bypass verified-domain limits, identity verification, tenant boundaries, or product permissions. Only connect systems and submit information you are authorized to use. Domain membership is not permission to access every account or environment in that organization.

Review and restrictions

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict the affected access where reasonably necessary to protect people, services, or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain the issue and offer a chance to correct it. You may request review at accounting@banetti.com. Security restrictions are distinct from billing cancellation, and the Terms of Service and Refund and Credit Policy still apply.
