Subscription and Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to recurring United States purchases of software, digital content, and services from Banetti SDV, Inc.. The accepted offer states the recurring amount, currency, access model, included quantity or seats where applicable, shared usage allowances, billing interval, tax treatment, and any trial. Account-members access covers the individual account holder or the organization's authorized members without a purchased seat cap or per-member fee; members share the account's included allowance. Seat-limited access remains subject to the purchased seat limit. An offer without an access model retains seat-limited access and an existing agreement keeps its accepted terms. A one-time purchase does not renew. The standard launch subscription is monthly, with no annual commitment.

Automatic monthly renewal

By separately accepting recurring billing at checkout, you authorize a monthly charge for the accepted subscription until you cancel renewal. The next billing date is shown in your subscription records. Each payment covers the following monthly period; applicable taxes may change with billing information and law. You do not need to give a full month's notice or pay an early cancellation fee.

Trials and promotional offers

A trial or introductory price applies only when expressly included in the accepted offer. The offer must state its duration, the amount due during that period, and when and at what price paid billing starts. Cancel before the disclosed trial end to avoid the first subscription charge. A product's free account is not automatically permission to charge it. A trial may be offered only with the required disclosures and reminders in place.

How to cancel

Use the billing or manage-subscription option in the product you purchased to open the Banetti billing portal and cancel renewal online. You can also email accounting@banetti.com, including if you cannot sign in. Send the request from your billing email if possible and identify the subscription using the product or invoice reference; do not send card details. We may use reasonable verification to protect the account, but will not require a sales call or retention offer to cancel.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancel before the next renewal date and time shown in your subscription records to stop that renewal. Cancellation ends future renewal immediately; paid access continues until the end of the current paid period unless you request an eligible refund with earlier termination or an immediate end is legally required. Trial access may end when the trial is cancelled. We will confirm the cancellation and effective end date. If a timely cancellation request is received but a later renewal is charged before we process it, we will refund that renewal.

Refunds and unused seats

The Refund and Credit Policy includes a seven-day refund window for your first monthly subscription charge. Otherwise, cancelling does not automatically refund a paid period or unused seats. Nothing limits a refund for an incorrect charge, a failure to deliver the agreed service, or a refund required by law.

Failed payments

We may retry a failed payment and send a payment-update notice. An unpaid subscription may become past due, suspended, or cancelled, with corresponding changes to access. No fixed grace period is promised. Updating a payment method alone does not mean an outstanding invoice was paid; access is restored after confirmed payment where the subscription remains eligible. Payment retries do not create permission for a new subscription or extend renewal after a valid cancellation.

Price, quantity, and material changes

We will not increase the accepted base subscription price, purchased quantity, or add usage charges without your affirmative acceptance of the changed purchase. For a material change to an ongoing subscription, we will send a notice explaining the change, its effective date, and how to cancel, within the period required by applicable law. An updated webpage alone is not notice or consent. If you do not accept a new price, we may keep the existing terms or end renewal at the end of the current paid period and tell you before then.

Records and reminders

We provide a record of your accepted recurring offer and cancellation instructions that you can retain, and send required reminders and billing notices to the billing contact. Keep that address current. Contact accounting@banetti.com for a copy of your terms, invoices, next billing date, or cancellation confirmation. A reminder does not replace your right to cancel at any time.
