Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Banetti SDV, Inc. handles personal information for Banetti Checkout and related billing support. It covers purchasers and people acting for organizations. Each product has its own notice for product content, conversations, integrations, and use of that product.
Information we receive
You, your organization, and the product placing the order provide names, email addresses, purchaser and organization references, authorized-user references, billing addresses, and any tax information needed for the purchase. Stripe supplies payment status, limited payment-method details, invoices, subscription status, and transaction references. We also receive support correspondence, accepted offer details, legal-consent evidence, and usage totals or corrections submitted for billing. Billing does not need the content of your product conversations or documents.
Technical information
Checkout requests and security records may include network and browser information, timestamps, request identifiers, and hashed network or browser identifiers. Stripe collects payment-method information directly and may collect device and activity signals for payment security. A hash can still be personal information when it can be linked to you.
Why we use information
We use contact and account references to identify the purchaser, communicate about orders, and support access. We use billing, tax, and transaction records to process payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and accounting. We use consent and support records to honor the agreement, resolve requests and disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical records help prevent fraud, secure the service, and diagnose failures. Usage totals support the purchased limits and reconciliation; they do not by themselves authorize a new charge.
Who receives information
The product you purchase receives the billing references, status, and entitlements it needs to manage access; organization administrators receive information needed to manage their organization's purchases. Stripe and its payment partners process transactions. Infrastructure, security, support, tax, and accounting providers may process information for those functions. We may disclose relevant records to professional advisers, when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in a corporate transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations. We do not send full card details to consumer products.
Stripe and other sites
Stripe has its own Privacy Policy: Stripe Privacy Policy. Depending on the Stripe features used, it may collect personal information about activity over time and across websites or services for its payment, fraud-prevention, and other disclosed purposes. Optional Stripe services such as Link can involve a separate relationship with Stripe. Follow Stripe's notice for its practices and choices. This notice does not describe every product's or linked website's practices.
Retention
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically erase billing records. We determine retention by the record's purpose: completing the transaction, maintaining the subscription, resolving a support matter or dispute, satisfying tax and accounting obligations, preserving required consent evidence, or investigating security incidents. Applicable retention periods and legal holds can require us to keep specific records after an account closes. We assess deletion requests against those needs and restrict retained records to the purposes that justify keeping them.
Privacy requests
Email accounting@banetti.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your billing information, and to exercise other rights available under your state's law, including applicable rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, sharing, or certain profiling, or to limit sensitive-information use. Identify your account and request without sending passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents. An authorized representative may contact us; we may verify identity and authority in a proportionate way before disclosing or changing records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Replies and appeals
We respond to privacy requests within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or reason we cannot fulfill a request. To appeal a decision, reply to the response or email accounting@banetti.com with the subject Privacy appeal. We review the appeal and explain the result and any applicable complaint route. You may also contact your state's privacy regulator or attorney general. Product-content requests should be directed to the relevant product as well.
Browser choices
Banetti Checkout does not change its transaction flow in response to the older Do Not Track browser signal. Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out signals are different; any applicable opt-out rights are not waived by using checkout or accepting these Terms. Browser controls that block payment or fraud-prevention functions can prevent a transaction from completing. The Cookie Notice explains the payment services involved.
Security and children
We use access restrictions and encrypted connections to protect billing information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This checkout is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information here, contact accounting@banetti.com so we can review and address it.
